The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to serve as a strategic leadership partner, overseeing the operations of its medical, dental, support services, and care and case management programs. The COO will be responsible for leading continuous improvements in operational efficiencies and effectiveness, providing leadership and coaching to a diverse team, and partnering with various leaders to develop and monitor budgets, establish organizational priorities, and create strategic and operational plans. The successful candidate will be a key player in the organization's mission to increase the years of healthy life in the communities it serves. Applicants for the COO position at the company should possess excellent leadership skills, deep expertise in process improvement methodologies, and a strong background in financial management within a healthcare setting. The role requires a candidate with a passion for mission-driven, community-oriented work, and a proven track record in relationship building and internal consulting. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management. Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center is also strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements, experience with healthcare technology, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
