The Company is seeking an Associate Professional for a Record to Report role with a focus on Ag and Trading in the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine record to report activities, including the collection, processing, and presentation of accurate financial data. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with financial transaction recording standards and involves close collaboration with businesses and banks to complete standard operational processes. Key accountabilities include processing journal entries, intercompany transactions, and general ledger close activities, as well as maintaining policy compliance and supporting process execution improvements. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 0-3 years' experience in RTR, general ledger, financial accounting, or related finance operations. A strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. The role requires the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders, demonstrate ownership, proactiveness, and problem-solving skills. Experience in a shared services or global business services environment, exposure to APAC finance operations, and experience with ERP systems are preferred qualifications. The position demands a standard shift with flexibility during month-end close periods.
