This role is pivotal in owning the global real estate allocations agenda, from monthly execution to strategic modernization. The Lead will be responsible for building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering transparent allocation views, and leading a team to support global real estate allocations delivery and reporting. A key aspect of the role is to modernize the allocations platform, including the use of artificial intelligence-enabled approaches, and to ensure operational efficiency and governance. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services or corporate functions, with a strong background in business management, finance, data, reporting, or related roles. The role requires a candidate with a proven ability to operate in a highly controlled environment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to present to senior leaders. Experience with tools such as Alteryx and Databricks is essential, as is a strong control mindset and the ability to work with regional partners. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a Master's degree or Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, and a demonstrated interest in emerging capabilities such as automation and artificial intelligence.
