Assistant Vice President, Agency Lending, Collateral & Settlements Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President to lead agency lending collateral and settlements operations. Responsibilities include managing high-volume securities lending transactions, recalls, returns, settlements, collateral activity, reconciliations, and related inquiries while ensuring service levels, accuracy, and timely resolution of exceptions. The role oversees a large, multi-location team, monitors operational risks and controls, and communicates progress and escalations to stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive process improvements, support business and regulatory initiatives, strengthen operational resilience, and coach team members. Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in capital markets operations, including substantial securities lending expertise and experience managing teams of more than 20 people across multiple locations. In-depth knowledge of securities lending, mark-to-market, corporate actions, settlements, and collateral management is required, along with strong leadership, communication, risk management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. A bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent is required. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with relevant settlement, market, and securities-lending systems are also expected.
