The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President for its Business Solutions team, with a focus on AI/ML and Automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions specifically tailored to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and user experience in the finance services domain. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced Python, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, as well as expertise in LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and automation frameworks. The AVP will also be tasked with architecting and implementing agentic workflows for the automation of reporting and data processing, and must have strong leadership and solution architecture skills. Applicants for the AVP position should have a minimum of 14-18 years' of experience in technology roles, with at least 5 years' in AI/ML leadership. The role demands a candidate with a strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks, and hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and workflow automation. A solid knowledge of structured and unstructured data, JSON, web scraping, and experience with graph and relational databases is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience with cloud platforms and MLOps practices, and a familiarity with embedding models, vector databases, and semantic search. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are a must, as is the ability to ensure compliance with data governance, security, and model risk management.
