Associate Vice President, Auditor, CB/IB Operations & Controls Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Auditor, to deliver regional and global audits of Corporate and Investment Bank operations and controls, including audits within the India country portfolio. The role involves assessing internal control design and effectiveness, documenting processes and risks, conducting audit testing, and tracking the resolution of audit issues and regulatory observations. The successful candidate may lead audits, special investigations, and ad hoc projects, and contribute to risk assessments, continuous monitoring, and annual audit planning. They will also collaborate with colleagues across locations and maintain strong working relationships with business and infrastructure teams. Applicants should have a degree or equivalent professional experience and at least five years of relevant experience in internal audit, banking operations, risk management, or controls. Strong knowledge of banking operations and controls is required; experience in Corporate or Investment Bank operations is an advantage. Candidates should be able to independently deliver audits, including risk assessment, control testing, findings, and reporting, and have a general understanding of IT controls. Excellent English communication, sound prioritization, and the ability to deliver under pressure are essential, along with high ethical standards and a collaborative, adaptable approach. Experience using AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and workflows is also required.
