Associate Vice President, Business Analysis & Change Management Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Business Analysis and Change Management to support transformation initiatives for a business risk and resilience function. The role involves gathering and validating requirements, analyzing current and future processes, identifying root causes, and developing solution designs and process documentation. The successful candidate will coordinate change planning and implementation, including communications, training, readiness, adoption, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment support. They will partner with business, technology, operations, and delivery teams, manage requirements from inception through deployment, and communicate risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in business analysis, solution design, change management, or implementation, including work on complex, cross-regional projects and a strong understanding of financial services. Expertise in requirements gathering, process re-engineering, analytical problem-solving, and clear stakeholder communication is required; experience in financial crime risk or customer due diligence is an advantage. Familiarity with Agile methods, business analysis tools, Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence is expected. A Certified Business Analysis Professional credential and Agile certifications are desirable.
