The Company is seeking an AVP for Financial Crime Governance and Reporting. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality, insightful reporting that meets the obligations set by the RMF and local regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including independently managing FC governance, preparing risk maps, and consolidated RAS reports, and assessing the impact of controls on the risk profile. The role also involves supporting various reporting activities, coordinating governance forums, and maintaining examination and audit trackers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FC reporting, governance, and strategy development, with the ability to engage proactively with stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in FC metric reporting. Applicants for the AVP position at the company should possess strong technical and functional skills in financial crime governance and reporting. This includes in-depth knowledge and practical experience in preparing various reports, supporting end-to-end FC governance forums, and maintaining examination and audit trackers. Financial crime subject matter expertise is essential, as is the ability to analyze and report on relevant risks, controls, issues, and actions. The role requires a candidate with excellent organizational, communication, and influencing skills, who can work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables. A continuous improvement mindset, data-driven decision-making, and experience with AI productivity tools are also key requirements. A background in operational risk, professional certification in financial crime, and experience with data visualization tools are desirable.
