The AVP will also be responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, collaborating with technology teams for workflow automation, and leading cross-functional initiatives for process transformation and control enhancement. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of relevant experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong background in information lifecycle management, data retention, and disposition. The role requires experience in managing retention across structured and unstructured data, a good understanding of legal holds, and strong knowledge of data governance, operational risk, and data control frameworks.
