The successful candidate will be a core member of the Loan Services Data and Reporting team, responsible for supporting daily operational workflows and asset servicing from a data and reporting perspective. This includes ensuring the completeness and accuracy of position, accruals, and cash data in loan and accounting systems. The role involves developing and executing database queries, creating scripts for data analysis, and modeling data to support integration and dashboard requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services or financial technology, with a primary focus on loans and credit products, and a strong technical skill set including SQL, Python, and experience with RDMS. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include contributing to the design and evolution of a client-facing web application, building and maintaining backend data models, and developing REST APIs. The role also involves AI and agentic workflow development, including the rapid prototyping and production of AI-powered tools to automate operational workflows. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the field, a Bachelor's degree in a technology or related field, and a proven track record of working with a range of debt product types. Experience with cloud platform technologies, AI, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
