The Company is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade AI applications, including intelligent assistants, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions. This role requires a strong background in full-stack development, with a focus on building AI-first products. The engineer will work across the complete technology stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services, and will be involved in all aspects of AI engineering, including the integration of commercial and open-source AI models, prompt engineering, and the development of AI evaluation pipelines. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field, with 8-12 years of software engineering experience, and at least 2 years of experience in building generative AI or LLM-powered applications. Technical skills should include proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js, and frontend technologies like React, Angular, or Next.js. Experience with AI technologies, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and various AI frameworks, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and experience with cloud and DevOps tools such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes. A collaborative and innovative mindset, as well as the ability to rapidly prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies, is highly valued.
