The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Site Reliability Engineer with a strong focus on Kubernetes platforms, deep troubleshooting, automation, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex production issues across various technical layers, from application to infrastructure. This role demands a hands-on approach, technical depth, curiosity, and the ability to drive durable solutions while collaborating with global engineering teams. Key responsibilities include defining and improving service-level indicators, building observability, leading incident response, and automating operational tasks to enhance platform reliability. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline, with 10-12 years' of hands-on experience in site reliability engineering, production engineering, DevOps, or a related infrastructure role. Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, networking, and security is essential, as is experience with SLI/SLO/SLA management, incident reduction, and operational excellence. The role also requires proficiency in automation and infrastructure scripting, as well as experience with CI/CD and GitOps platforms. The ideal candidate will have a CKA or CKAD certification, or equivalent Kubernetes expertise, and experience with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Ansible. A pragmatic, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach, along with a focus on measurable reliability outcomes, is highly valued.
