The Company is seeking a Vice President - Project Manager with a strong background in MEP design and construction coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical review and coordination of MEP designs, site-based engineering, construction, and HSE oversight, as well as contractor and consultant performance monitoring. Key accountabilities include construction quality assurance, compliance checks, and risk mitigation, as well as testing, commissioning, and integrated systems validation. The role also involves close coordination with various stakeholders, including landlord, building management, technology, operations, security, and workplace teams, to support future asset transition, operational readiness, and lifecycle management. Applicants must have a degree or diploma in mechanical, electrical, building services, civil engineering, or a related discipline, with a preference for HSE certification and project or facilities management certification. Essential capabilities for the role include a strong understanding of HSE compliance, site safety, and risk controls, as well as the ability to oversee various interfaces and ensure construction quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years' of experience in MEP engineering, workplace fit-out, construction delivery, facilities engineering, or project engineering, with a proven track record in contractor oversight, quality control, commissioning, and HSE coordination. Experience in commercial office, corporate workplace, technology-enabled workplace, or large fit-out projects is also preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with project documentation, compliance records, and reporting templates are required.
