Chief AI Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief AI Officer to connect business leadership with technology teams and unlock value through data-driven decisions and intelligent automation. The role will define the enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and governance framework, identify high-impact use cases, and partner with senior leaders to expand AI adoption. Responsibilities include scaling AI and data capabilities, overseeing the design and deployment of AI solutions, and evaluating emerging technologies. The Chief AI Officer will also establish responsible AI practices, manage privacy and deployment risks, build and mentor high-performing teams, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have 15 or more years of experience in technology or data roles, including 5–8 years in AI/ML leadership, and a proven record of leading enterprise AI transformation and deploying solutions at scale. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, AI, or a related field is required; an MBA or PhD is preferred. Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, AI frameworks, cloud platforms, data architecture, analytics, and big data is expected. The role also calls for strategic thinking, business acumen, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
