The Company is seeking an AVP for WCR Insights and Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and timely reporting of management information that supports global business functions in making informed decisions. This role requires a high level of accuracy and quality in the execution of projects and analysis, including access to various databases for performance tracking, trend analysis, and the creation of meaningful dashboards and reports for senior management. The AVP will also be involved in governance and committee memberships, particularly in the area of risk, and will support the Senior MI and Regulatory Reporting Manager in the analysis and delivery of large exposure reporting. Applicants for the AVP position should have a graduate or post-graduate degree in engineering, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field, with a professional experience of 7 years or more in a financial services or consulting firm. A strong understanding of large exposure regulations and reporting, as well as the associated challenges, is essential. The role demands a candidate with good communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder, complex environment. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, and experience with MI visualization tools and programming languages such as SQL, SAS, Python, Alteryx, or R is a plus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, change-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
