The Company is seeking an Agency Lending Operations Vice President to take on a leadership role in overseeing the operational support of agency lending activities. This includes responsibilities for inventory management of client sell/recall requests, cash investment management support, earnings/billing processes, and client reporting requirements. The successful candidate will ensure complete and timely recall coverage, accurate cash management, and monthly earnings/billing payment processing, while leading a global team and driving strategic improvements. The role also involves close collaboration with business partners to drive innovation in processes and systems, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, scalability, and risk management. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a preference for a degree in finance, economics, or business, and at least 12 years of experience in financial services operations, particularly in the area of agency lending. Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a strong understanding of agency lending products and processes. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in process improvement and project management. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and mitigate operational, settlement, and counterparty risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain strong internal controls.
