The Company is seeking a Trade & Transaction Reporting Manager VP for Regulatory Reporting Assurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight of daily trade and transaction reporting processes to ensure they align with the control framework and meet regulatory obligations. This role involves offering input into regulatory reporting initiatives, leveraging expertise in regulations, data analysis, and issue remediation. The Manager will operate a robust oversight model, demonstrate ownership in identifying and escalating any regulatory reporting breaches, and work proactively with stakeholders to remediate compliance issues. Applicants for this role should have a strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements across multiple global regulators, with a focus on structured trading businesses and investment banking products. Experience in a trade reporting or middle office environment is ideal. The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, as well as an excellent understanding of risk and control frameworks. The Manager will also be involved in providing oversight to ensure accurate and timely reporting across various asset classes, acting as Chair of governance forums, and supporting operational readiness for new and changed regulations.
