The Company is seeking a Vice President for a permanent, full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily team oversight, workflow management, and resource allocation to ensure the maintenance of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during both peak and non-peak periods. This role involves ensuring that requests are fulfilled in accordance with transaction documentation, policies, and procedures, as well as implementing and maintaining controls to mitigate risks associated with operational activities. The Vice President will also be expected to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including business executives, front-office teams, and partners. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of people leadership experience, with a focus on team development and engagement. Operational practitioner experience is essential, as is a strong knowledge of payments, including Swift, RTGs, and EFT payments. A background in corporate loan lifecycle, from origination to servicing, and experience with Loan IQ is also preferred. The role requires strong time management, prioritization skills, and a customer service work ethic.
