Vice President, AI Engineering Greater Bengaluru, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of AI Engineering to build AI-enabled tools, workflows, and agents that streamline program and project management activities. Responsibilities include translating operational challenges into practical, production-ready solutions for reporting, risk and dependency tracking, governance preparation, meeting summaries, action tracking, and stakeholder communications. The role also involves integrating solutions with existing delivery tools, evaluating AI output quality and reliability, and creating reusable engineering patterns and documentation. The successful candidate will apply sound software practices and design workflows with appropriate human oversight, security, auditability, and controls. Candidates should have hands-on experience developing AI applications using AI-assisted engineering platforms, along with strong software engineering skills in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Java. Relevant expertise includes agent and workflow development, prompt design, model evaluation, structured outputs, and AI reliability practices. Applicants should understand the software development lifecycle and common program management processes, and be able to turn ambiguous needs into structured technical solutions. Familiarity with enterprise engineering controls, delivery tools, responsible AI, data protection, and risk management is valuable.
