The Company is seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to join their HR applications technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, architecture, and support of full-stack product development for enterprise function applications. This hands-on role requires expertise in Java backend development, as well as experience in leading teams and working in global environments. The Technical Lead will be expected to have a strong background in modern full-stack environments, including back-end services and APIs (Java and/or Python) and front-end user interfaces (React or similar). Experience with SQL, relational databases, data security principles, and technology controls within a production environment is essential. The role also involves exposure to AI capabilities, software architecture concepts, CI/CD, and software quality practices. Applicants for the Full Stack Technical Lead position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, computer science, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in software development and leading cross-functional teams. A background in implementing technology solutions at financial institutions is required, along with experience in OpenShift, AWS, OLTP database design, and J2EE tech stack. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, self-motivated, and have a proven ability to learn new technologies quickly. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must, as is the ability to work with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies. The role also involves mentoring team members, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with business partners to understand requirements and ensure successful product delivery.
