The Company is seeking an Applied AI/ML Lead to play a pivotal role in the evolution of modern payment systems. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping how payment teams access information, serve clients, and automate work through the implementation of advanced language-model solutions. This high-impact engineering position involves designing and building production services that integrate search, conversation, and workflow automation at an enterprise scale. As the Applied AI/ML Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of features and systems, with a strong focus on reliability and performance.
