The Company is in search of a Data Product Owner to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design and delivery of semantic data models, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensuring that these are effectively translated into the development of data products. This role is pivotal in the HR Data & Intelligence division, which is dedicated to providing the firm with trusted insights and AI-supported capabilities to enhance workforce decision-making and self-service access to HR and business insights. Key responsibilities for the Data Product Owner include leading the design and governance of semantic data models for enterprise-wide HR analytics, translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements for data products, and partnering with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility of solutions. The role also involves supporting testing and validation activities, coordinating change management, and maintaining ongoing engagement with stakeholders to ensure data products meet operational and strategic HR needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in translating business needs into data product requirements, particularly within cloud data platforms, and a strong understanding of data governance, quality, and semantic model design. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
