The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, and implementation of user-centric digital banking products and experiences. The VP UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure the alignment of design with business requirements and to advocate for user-centered design principles. Key responsibilities for the VP UX Designer include the development of interactive prototypes and wireframes, user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
