Chief Product Officer (CPO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Product Officer to establish and lead its product organization, defining how product, engineering, and design collaborate in an AI-enabled environment. The role owns product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for core products, while building and developing the product team and introducing lean processes that support rapid learning. The CPO will work closely with leadership, customers, and operational users to understand real-world workflows and translate them into effective digital solutions. This is a hands-on role, driving initiatives from problem discovery and prototyping through testing and rollout, and assessing when process changes may be more appropriate than new software. Candidates should have at least eight years of product management experience in technology or startup environments, along with experience building product teams and processes, ideally in an early-stage or scaling organization. A hands-on approach, strong analytical and prioritization skills, and the ability to balance business goals with user needs are essential. Applicants should have a clear perspective on how AI can reshape collaboration across product, engineering, and design, and be comfortable testing new approaches. Experience in property technology or digitizing complex, fragmented processes is an advantage. Strong communication, ownership, structured working habits, and advanced proficiency in both German and English are required.
