The Company is seeking a Head of Internal Communications to spearhead a strategic and inclusive program that aligns with its mission and values. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering an internal communications strategy that connects the organization's people to its purpose, shapes culture, and supports engagement and change across a diverse workforce. This role involves leading a team, advising senior leaders on internal messaging, and overseeing various internal channels. The Head of Internal Communications will also champion the employee voice, set KPIs, and ensure that the organization's vision and values are effectively communicated, particularly in the context of supporting disabled individuals with complex needs. Applicants for the Head of Internal Communications position at the company should have a proven track record in internal communications leadership, ideally within a large, complex, values-led organization such as a charity, health, or social care setting. Key skills and experience required include the ability to drive engagement, alignment, and cultural change through internal communications strategies, as well as experience in leading communications during restructures, transformation programs, or crises.
