The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing the firm's enterprise data quality management framework, standards, and technology-enabled solutions. This role is pivotal in translating data quality policies, standards, and regulatory expectations into scalable business processes and platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality management, product management, and business analysis, with the ability to drive cross-functional delivery in a global enterprise environment. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of data quality management standards, driving continuous improvement of data quality processes, and partnering with various teams to ensure practical data quality measurement and governance capabilities. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and at least 5 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, business analysis, or related fields. A strong understanding of data quality management disciplines, the ability to translate requirements into business processes, and experience with Agile delivery environments are essential. The role requires a candidate with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, as well as strong stakeholder management abilities. Experience with data governance and related technologies, particularly Collibra, is preferred. The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in enterprise data quality management and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of various requirements and for collaborating with technology teams throughout the delivery process.
