The Company is seeking a Vice President, Data Product Owner to join their Cross-Functional Technology (XFT) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning a portfolio of data products that support the company's corporate functions. This role requires a hands-on approach to product ownership, with a strong emphasis on enterprise data expertise. The Data Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, data and platform engineering, analytics teams, and enterprise data leadership to guide the products through all stages, from discovery and definition to delivery, adoption, and evolution. Key responsibilities include representing products through Agile planning, leading product discovery, and partnering with various teams to ensure clear product outcomes and measures of success. Applicants for the Data Product Owner position should have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience in enterprise data, data products, product management, data architecture/modeling, or related disciplines. The role requires a deep understanding of enterprise data concepts, including data definitions, quality, lineage, metadata, and governance. Experience in specific corporate data domains such as finance, treasury, tax, HR, client/revenue, legal & compliance, regulatory reporting, procurement, or enterprise master/reference data is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating independently and driving outcomes in a complex, matrixed enterprise environment, and should be adept at leading small teams and driving execution across stakeholder and technology teams.
