Associate Vice President, Business Analyst - Data Integration & ETL Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking a Business Analyst, AVP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting data integration and ETL capabilities, with a strong focus on understanding business needs, documenting requirements, and enhancing ETL designs. This role requires close collaboration with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and support teams to ensure that data flows are well-defined, supportable, and aligned with operational needs. The ideal candidate should have a background in business analysis, particularly within financial technology, and experience with ETL tools such as Pentaho Kettle and Talend. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work with financial data workflows and translate requirements into various technical documents. Applicants for the Business Analyst, AVP position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 4 years' experience in business analysis, product analysis, systems analysis, or implementation/support within financial technology or data integration environments is required. The role demands a candidate with a strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools, particularly Pentaho Kettle and Talend, and the ability to work with SQL and related integration tools. Experience with financial services data domains and a background in Agile delivery teams are also necessary. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
