The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President (AVP) for Project Management to spearhead intricate, cross-functional product initiatives within the middle office and investment accounting. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing the delivery of these initiatives across various workstreams, with a strong emphasis on governance, dependency management, and execution discipline. This pivotal role involves acting as the central point of coordination for product development, ensuring that business requirements, product strategy, and engineering delivery are in perfect alignment. The AVP will be responsible for project and delivery management, including the development and management of detailed project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving issue resolution to maintain delivery timelines. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of project or program management experience in financial services, with a robust understanding of investment management workflows.
