The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Organization. This pivotal role demands an exceptional finance executive to serve as the senior finance partner to the Enterprise COO, providing strategic financial leadership across global operations, technology, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise infrastructure. The CFO will be responsible for shaping financial strategy, influencing investment priorities, and driving financial performance within a highly matrixed global organization. Key responsibilities include enterprise planning, performance management, technology finance, and investment governance, as well as operations finance and service economics. The successful candidate will also be tasked with governance, executive engagement, and leadership of a high-performing global finance team. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience within large, global, complex organizations, with a strong background in FP&A, strategic finance, investment governance, and capital allocation. Deep expertise in technology finance, including experience with data, AI, cybersecurity, and cloud and infrastructure platforms, is essential. The role requires a leader with a strategic vision, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence across organizational boundaries. Experience in a technology-focused or digitally transformed enterprise, as well as a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and productivity initiatives, is highly valued.
