Chief of Health & Residential Supports

The Company is seeking a Chief of Health and Residential Supports to join their executive team. The successful candidate will be a passionate leader with a Master’s degree in a relevant field and over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in disability services, healthcare, or related areas. This role is pivotal in bringing together residential operations, nursing, and clinical services to ensure a coordinated standard of care that is safe, high-quality, and person-centered. The Chief will be responsible for leading a team to strengthen safety, quality, and regulatory readiness, as well as for the development of new care models to meet the evolving needs of the community. Key responsibilities for the Chief of Health and Residential Supports include leading and developing a team of professionals, advancing person-centered care, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role also involves strategic planning, growth, and the development of new service models, as well as ensuring operational and financial sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, management, and a proven ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. A valid professional license or clinical credential is required, and the candidate should be adept at using data to inform decision-making and anticipate challenges. The Chief will be expected to model the organization's values of person-centered service, accountability, collaboration, and respect in all aspects of their work.
