The Executive Director will also be involved in the development and administration of physician financial incentive programs, as well as overseeing the service line's marketing and public relations efforts. Applicants must have a Master's degree in healthcare or business administration, with a minimum of 7 years' progressive leadership experience in the healthcare industry. A strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, and decision-making to support the practice's vision is essential. The role requires excellent interpersonal, customer service, and business skills, as well as the ability to design and produce financial and clinical reports. The Executive Director will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards, fostering a high level of patient satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
