The Company is in search of a Global Realty Legal Manager, VP to join their team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned real estate attorney with a strategic mindset, responsible for shaping the future of a complex global real estate portfolio. This role involves providing legal, regulatory, and risk advice on enterprise real estate decisions that impact the global workforce and operations. The VP will lead legal support for a diverse range of real estate matters, including office leasing, property acquisitions, and will be a key partner in business strategy, governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and a minimum of 5 years' legal experience with a focus on commercial real estate. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory considerations in corporate real estate, as well as experience in leading real estate transactions and negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting multinational organizations, exposure to M&A, and experience in managing external counsel across different jurisdictions.
