Senior Vice President, National Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of National Operations to lead operational performance across its managed agencies. The role will set national operating strategy, performance standards, and governance, while establishing consistent operating models and service standards across regional operations. Responsibilities include leading due diligence, integration, onboarding, and stabilization for acquisitions and new agencies, and improving member growth, retention, and satisfaction. The executive will lead operational teams and regional leaders, partnering with commercial and regional leadership to strengthen profitability, margins, and growth. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive property and casualty experience and deep knowledge of independent agency operations, carrier appointments, contracts, commissions, and agency support services are required. Applicants should have a record of leading geographically dispersed teams, strong financial and operational acumen, and working knowledge of sales and service operations, agency management systems, CRM platforms, and operational technology. Clear communication and the ability to build trust and influence across all levels are essential; experience with acquisitions, agency onboarding, or membership-based distribution is an advantage.
