Executive Vice President, IT Integrated Services

The Company is seeking an executive technology leader to integrate and lead IT teams across multiple divisions, establishing clear service ownership and balancing shared services with specialized needs. The role serves as a strategic technology partner and senior point of accountability for divisional leaders, translating priorities into technology plans and resolving escalated issues. Responsibilities include overseeing secure, reliable, customer-focused technology operations, aligning services with enterprise standards, and strengthening resilience and continuous improvement. The leader will also develop staff and organizational capabilities, manage budgets and resources, and oversee vendors, contracts, and technology assets. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They should bring a record of leading complex technology functions, cross-functional teams, and organizational change, along with experience advising senior executives. Strong knowledge of IT operations, service delivery, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies is required. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as experience managing budgets, resources, and vendors in a complex organization, are essential; experience in higher education is preferred.
