The Company is seeking a Vice President for Plan Administration and Digital Operations to lead the transformation of retirement plan servicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, scaling, and running the plan administration and relationship management function, with a strong focus on driving digital transformation and integrating AI into the operational processes. This role requires a senior leader with a proven track record in retirement plan administration, TPA, or recordkeeping operations, and a deep understanding of the regulatory framework governing qualified retirement plans. The VP will be tasked with setting and maintaining quality standards, recruiting and developing a high-performing team, and serving as the in-house expert on plan administration. Key responsibilities for the VP include leading the adoption of AI and workflow automation, partnering with product and engineering teams, and staying abreast of emerging tools and technologies. The role also involves owning compliance and risk management, contributing to product development, and building the company's reputation in the industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of experience in the field, a strong background in scaling operations through process and technology, and a passion for using AI to enhance operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, early-stage environment are essential. Industry credentials and experience in a fintech, wealthtech, or high-growth startup are a plus.
