This role requires a leader with a strong background in SaaS, capable of managing complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement. The VP will be responsible for leading a team of program managers, establishing portfolio governance and strategy, and overseeing the execution and delivery of programs. Collaboration with technology executives to enhance enterprise-wide technology portfolio management and refine operational models is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in enterprise PMO, technology operations, or transformation leadership, with a proven track record in guiding B2B SaaS organizations through growth and change. The role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, particularly in the areas of capacity planning, risk management, and technology portfolio visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and spend optimization, and be adept at executive reporting and change management. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or equivalent PMO credential is preferred. The VP should be a high-EQ change agent, capable of influencing technology budgets and operating-model decisions, and possess exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
