Senior Vice President of Asset Management

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Asset Management to lead its US real estate business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of the property portfolio, including the development and execution of business plans, leasing strategy, and capital projects. This role demands a senior leader with a strong background in institutional real estate, particularly in asset management, and a proven track record in leasing. The SVP will be the primary point of accountability for property-level outcomes in the US market, working closely with the Hong Kong headquarters and leading a small in-market team. Key responsibilities include driving NOI performance, leading hold/sell analysis, and coordinating with various departments on financial and operational aspects. The role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of the local real estate market, particularly in the life science and office sectors, and actively supporting the company's AI and data intelligence initiatives. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in institutional real estate, with a focus on asset management. A strong financial and analytical background is essential, as is the ability to work effectively across time zones. Experience in the Boston market and a network in the local commercial real estate community are required. The ideal candidate will have a leasing track record that allows them to lead and coach a leasing-focused team member and engage with brokers in the market. Familiarity with life-science, lab, or innovation-district product is a plus, as is experience in a cross-regional or internationally headquartered organization. The role demands a leader who is proactive, strategic, and can bring genuine enthusiasm for rethinking and transforming work processes, particularly in the context of AI and workflow tools.
