The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology Governance and Program Management to lead the independent governance of risk, regulatory program management, and remediation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a sustainable governance process, clear execution management of strategic remediation programs, and large-scale initiatives. This role requires a leader with a strong background in program management, governance, and execution, particularly within the context of a technology organization in a regulated financial services environment. The SVP will be tasked with providing independent program execution for technology regulatory and risk transformation initiatives, managing interdependencies, and ensuring that success criteria are met. They will also be expected to collaborate closely with the CIO leadership team and other stakeholders to maintain clear alignment and effective escalation management.
