The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Cloud Transformation and Architecture. This executive will be responsible for leading a multi-year modernization of the on-premises technology estate, with a focus on owning the multi-cloud target-state architecture and the execution of the transformation. The role is pivotal in setting the transformation strategy, establishing a sequenced, multi-year plan for modernization, and building a business case with senior leadership. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leading large, multi-year data center and cloud transformations, ensuring service continuity, and building a secure, financially disciplined cloud operation. Key responsibilities include defining workload placement principles, leading the execution of the transformation, and building a multi-cloud foundation that meets the company's product, data, AI, client, and privacy requirements. Applicants for this role at the company should have significant executive leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data platforms, or technology transformation. The ideal candidate will have direct accountability for large, multi-year data center modernization or exit, and possess executive-level knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as modern platform engineering. Strong command of cloud economics, transformation business cases, and experience with cloud security, privacy, resilience, and compliance in sensitive data environments are essential. The role also requires a proven ability to build and lead senior teams, and to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include transformation leadership in global enterprises with high-volume data processing and material privacy obligations, and experience in structuring partnerships with major cloud providers.
