Vice President, Enterprise Project Management Officer

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Project Management Officer to establish and lead its enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). The role will create project governance, intake and prioritization processes, reporting practices, and a scalable project management framework. The successful candidate will directly manage high-priority strategic and cross-functional initiatives while overseeing portfolio status, budgets, risks, capacity, and interdependencies. Responsibilities also include facilitating steering committees, leading change management, coordinating vendor engagements, partnering with risk and compliance teams, and providing clear portfolio updates to executive leadership and the Board. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field, along with at least seven years of progressive project or program management experience. Experience establishing or significantly maturing a PMO, working in banking or another regulated industry, and presenting to senior executives or a board is required. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and portfolio tools, along with the ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders, is essential. A PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred, as are familiarity with regulatory initiatives and business intelligence or data analytics practices.
