The Company is seeking a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join their Fund Accounting and Investor Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of scalable, multi-tier applications, from architecture and design to development, test automation, CI/CD, deployment, and production support. This role requires the ability to translate business and automation needs into technical solutions, design and build RESTful APIs and microservices, and ensure the performance, reliability, and security of services and UI layers. The Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer will also be expected to drive platform resiliency, availability, and integrity, champion engineering excellence, and integrate AI and emerging technologies to enhance client and employee experiences. Applicants for the Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years of professional full-stack development experience. The role demands expertise in both backend and frontend technologies, including Java 17+, Spring/Spring Boot, and Angular 14+ (or React/JavaScript). Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD practices, as well as experience with agile methodologies, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, and experience with AI-assisted development.
