This role demands a senior engineering leader with a strong background in software engineering, including experience in crafting low-latency distributed systems, LLMs, and log management architectures, particularly in regulated industries. The VP of Engineering will be responsible for defining the technical direction of the platform, building and leading a high-caliber engineering team, and ensuring the platform meets its ambitious goals in collaboration with product, legal, compliance, security, and executive leadership. Applicants for the VP of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 13 years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
