Vice President of Engineering Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead multiple engineering Scrum teams and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions that align with business and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software across various teams, partnering with product management to translate business needs into executable plans, and monitoring progress to proactively identify and mitigate risks. This role requires a strong focus on Agile practices, technical and architectural oversight, and a commitment to fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. The Senior Manager will also be involved in people leadership, including mentoring and managing engineering team leads, and will act as a key point of escalation for complex challenges. Applicants for the Senior Manager, Engineering position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in software engineering. A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, managing engineering teams, is also required.
