Vice President of Finance, Corporate

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee corporate finance and serve as a strategic partner to finance colleagues and business leaders. Responsibilities include leading accounting and reporting across affiliated entities, overseeing finance operations and external reporting, and providing leadership to multi-layered teams. The role will also drive a transformation agenda focused on process improvement, automation, efficiency, and stronger controls. The successful candidate will assess processes and risks, lead remediation, and develop plans to streamline operations and strengthen the control environment. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, an active CPA credential, and at least 15 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including significant leadership experience. A background in asset management, private equity, or financial services is required, ideally at a corporate or management-company level. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, tax-basis accounting, and consolidated reporting is essential; broker-dealer regulatory reporting experience is an advantage. Applicants should also have experience assessing and improving controls and managing multi-layered teams and offshore or outsourced partners.
