Vice President, Project Management Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Project Management to lead and oversee client conversion initiatives across back-office accounting, custody, and insurance operations. Responsibilities include managing client onboarding, outgoing conversions, transitions, mergers, and asset transfers; coordinating implementation plans and deadlines; and ensuring work meets regulatory standards and established procedures. The role requires communicating conversion status and risks, resolving asset-transfer and custody-settlement discrepancies, and identifying process improvements. The Vice President will also foster collaboration, cross-training, and effective coordination among clients and internal teams. Candidates should have at least 15 years of financial services experience, including project or program management, and a strong background in investment servicing, capital markets, custody, reconciliation, and complex fund structures. PMP certification or consulting experience is required, along with proven leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience managing agile projects and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint, are expected. An advanced or master’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, technology, or a related field is preferred; experience with complex fund-servicing platforms is also required.
