Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead day-to-day accounting and financial control, oversee a small team, and contribute to broader commercial decision-making. Responsibilities include managing month- and year-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliations, audits, tax and regulatory compliance, payroll, and core accounting operations. The role also leads budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting, while driving process improvement, automation, and finance systems transformation in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should hold a CA or CPA qualification and bring strong experience in financial control, accounting, and reporting, ideally in a senior finance leadership role. They should combine hands-on technical accounting expertise with commercial and FP&A capabilities, and have experience improving finance systems or leading significant process changes. Strong Excel and analytical skills are required, along with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights. A collaborative leadership style, sound commercial judgment, and a proactive approach to improving finance operations are also important.
