Additionally, the role includes leading and developing a finance team, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with local and group accounting policies. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a background in a comparable finance leadership role, with a strong focus on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience in finance business partnering, project controlling, and managing a finance team is essential. The ideal candidate will have a formal financial qualification, be fluent in English and the local operating company language, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires a credible and confident professional who can influence stakeholders and is comfortable with a hands-on approach to operational finance. The Head of Finance will also be involved in the further development of finance systems, process standardization, automation, and digital solutions, and should be willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
