President of the Management Board

The Company is seeking a President of the Management Board to lead a manufacturing business and drive its growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing sales, production, finance, and organizational development; setting and executing business strategy; expanding domestic and international sales; and building relationships with key clients and partners. The role carries full accountability for financial performance, budgets, and cost management, while ensuring production quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. The leader will also develop the organization and its teams and work closely with ownership on strategic priorities. Candidates should have extensive senior management experience with broad business responsibilities, ideally leading a manufacturing or service business, and a proven record of revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market development. Knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment, or advanced industrial technologies is required, along with practical understanding of production processes such as single-item, small-batch, or project-based manufacturing. Strong financial management, budgeting, commercial, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, independent, results-oriented, and willing to engage directly in key business activities; export growth or organizational transformation experience is an advantage.
