President of the Management Board

The Company is seeking a President of the Management Board to lead a manufacturing business in the heavy industry sector. The role oversees operations across production, commercial, and financial functions, sets strategic direction, and drives initiatives to improve business value, competitiveness, and profitability. Responsibilities include strengthening operational efficiency, developing customer relationships and sales markets, and leading modernization, technology, and production-capacity projects. The President will also develop management capabilities and decision-making processes, lead organizational change, and represent the business in key stakeholder relationships. Candidates should have at least five years of experience managing a business or production facility, including accountability for operations and financial results, preferably in an industrial environment. They should demonstrate success improving profitability, production efficiency, and work organization, alongside expertise in financial planning, cost control, liquidity, and project profitability. Strong leadership, independent decision-making, and knowledge of industrial production are essential. Experience in metal-related industries, restructuring, product launches, export development, or high-quality-requirement sectors is an advantage; higher technical education and good English are also desirable.
